mate did you actually read the Ann before posting? It said

“ The trading halt is requested by Essential for the purposes of, and in connection with, receipt of a non-binding indicative offer in relation to a potential control transaction for the Company.”

im not sure why everyone has been talking about a CR lately the company has 9.5m in cash, 750k we might from CRR if they define a decent resource and 3.4m they’d receive from people exercising the options in nov.
