LOL Your graph clearly shows that Morrison stopped the boats, Rudd reduced initially and then arrivals started to increase again, Morrison stopped them in their tracks.
Also why dont you go bak to the Howard years then you will see who actually started/facilitated the start of the boat arrival problems!
