    ESS has about ~800kt equivalent of sc6 right? ... anything less than 800M is an absolute steal (and even that is extremely modest). Government(s) have just started to realise the strategic importance of the battery minerals supply chain... this better not be a low ball offer it happened to PSC, I hope it doesn't happen here too frown.png.
