Are you able to substantiate that claim?, they are already close to worthless based on the last sale. The only outgoings appear to be the actual debt, employee entitlements and any payments due to suppliers and perhaps taxes etc. Any sale price of LIFX in excess of that will be money in the bank, From memory we paid around 150m for LIFX and it is now in much better shape. However it is a distressed sale. Of course we have accounts receivable to collect and stock on hand/in transit to sell, although they may form part of any sale.
