The percentage will be very close the the strike rate + or - a cent for very short periods.
As you see right now they are 13c and 9.5c (3.5c diff) The only difference is IF the news is bad you will also take a hit on the heads BUT is it harder to offload the oppies if less people are buying. Less liquidity. If you have small amounts it really doesn't matter anyway.
