    so the price has dipped below 17, broker report shows Morgan's and Morrison were pushing the price down, I wonder if they are doing it so to scare retailers away, if spp end up with a shortfall then they might scoop the rest up at cheaper price? just my guess. or they could just be selling out to buy them back cheaper at the placements.
