I think that’s based on a time where evaluations were elevated. Comparatively, compared with other SaaS companies EVS’ margins are lower.
Realistically I don’t see this trading in the double digit ARR multiple range. Considering it’s trading at 2.5 a move to 5-7.5x would still be an incredible result, but unlikely in this market or in any market if it’s unable to maintain 15%pa top line growth.
