New board needed.
Shareholders don't want to sell assets. They want to develop them. Go and raise capital and find and develop those assets.
PRX is an exploration company. Not a bunch of deal doers and financial engineers. Its easy to sell under priced assets, anyone can do that.
They need to be transparent with the sale process if any. Not like the last sell off.
