Even for exceptional drugs there is no certainty of approval. The FDA analyse a drug from a variety of measures.

I have faith and will keep my position. I give it a 35% of immediate approval. 45% where the FDA seeks clarification on a number of issues and a 20% risk of failure.

But I'm also realistic - what could potentially drive the stock higher before FDA approval? Nothing.

Hence it needs to deliver the "ultimate" good - approval!
