I think you're on the money there. My view is 200k poor, 250k expected, 300k very happy. Just my opinion. I think Bas maybe a bit disappointed next month (would LOVE to be wrong) but at the end of the day it won't matter. With the exposure we have, the current sentiment and the market as a whole at this time, the MRE won't be moving the needle significantly north anyway. If it pushed it to 4c and formed solid support, I'd be stoked.
