Renounceable rights issue Prospectus - 29/4/22 - Page 39 Midway down- "Directors Paul White, Mark Eames and Jim McKerlie have agreed to sub-underwrite the Offer for 800,000 New Shares, 1,200,000 New Shares and 800,000 New Shares respectively ..... These Directors have waived any right to any sub-underwriting fee."

As much as i think this raise is a huge kick in the nuts, its a speccy miner that needs money. And if the directors are throwing in some $$ then it takes the sting out a little bit.
