Its all about gaining interest and 18.5 billion will get people thinking, thats what i liked about this announcement from the outset. Once the US is back ontrack with a full head of steam...todays rational of interest in nuclear/Uranium will change dramatically. Its a fickle game at best, its the small signals that get me excited.. Pen being situated where it is, with its method of cheap extraction...u dont need to be a brain surgeon to fiure it out.
