Do you consider the desire for a battery manufacturing infrastructure to be in place (as requested by battery council) to be a threat to the imminence of the ML? surely if the ML is pending on this existing we will be pushed out by a long while to achieve ML. I've heard you say rerate on this threat a lot and you've never been wrong. appreciate your insight mate!
