the problem is to make money you buy low, sell high.
this is hard to understand because people need to trust and have fait in what they invest to. so they look at whats been performing well, if its got a graph going north for a while they feel safe and invest
the problem is they are not buying low, they are buying high, this is a error most people make.
fortune rewards the brace, people who buy on a high have a high place to fall from.
the simple fact is housing costs twice as much now compared to what it did 10 - 100 years ago so your buying on a high.
boom and bust, and norms and averages.. why do we ignore these and just buy graphs going north no matter where they appear in the cycle?
