For Dr C, who usually has an Elliot Goblet-like demeanor, to say that the 'drug talks to us' and 'we are coming up to an exciting time, reporting the first glimpses of data from the AML trial in Israel' is very very encouraging imo.
He's unlikely to have blown that trumpet unless there is some inkling of what is to come. It's hard not be excited
