I don't think so mate....it clearly states there are significant advancement to now utilize residue/waste from the TECH project in a commercial application e.g. fill for residential and commercial construction.
This means QPM can generate another revenue stream from it's waste aka creating $$ (no matter how little or big) from something that previously had no use and would enter the landfills.
