Nope that is confected outrage. The NDIS is a beurocratic beast no doubt about that and we have to do things to help the disabled. However if you are truly disabled mentally or major body wise doesn't matter how much money you pour in you won't get a meaningful return and itcwill never pay for itself. This is where the NDIS is required to aid in improving their lives.
