    You forgot that Haw was 100% in this project, and they give away 60% to lcy for 3.5m investment.
    lcy promise them to go up to PFS.
    are you trust in the management?
    50c a 1dollar, will be nice,
    However they will sell before that.
    3.5 for 60% to lcy.
    with a CR they got it.
