shareholders in NHC are called mushrooms. They are kept in the dark and fed feces. If each dividend declared and paid by NHC is used to dilute the conversion price then I believe that a conversion price for a Note To Share will be of the order of $0.90 per share. I assumed a fixed price of $3.50 per share from now till end of 2026. I assumed a steady dividend of $0.30 per half year. Using the formula the conversion price drops to a. bout 80c. At 90c , if assumptions are right , then some 220 million shares will be issued. At $3.50 a share thats about $770 millions. A capital profit before tax of $570 million. Sorry ,i forgot to add,there is no capital gains tax in Singapore.
