In regards to Netflix, lot of people are reacting to the subscriber loss and it has dawned on many investors that streaming is no longer a disruptor.
Streaming is now the norm and it is saturated market, so looking at Netflix as a mauture player it is fairly valued at at 30x forward PE
It is just natural that a disruptor growth stock trading near 100x forward earning rerates to 10 to 30x.
Much like Tesla won't be a 100x forward PE stock when EV are the norm.
