There has been much talk about the $1 party and given DSE has been a steady performer it should be fairly straightforward to project out the valuations.
SaaS businesses have historically traded 8-10x revenue multiple.
Therefore current share price should be around:
$17mil revenue *10x revenue multiple = $170mil
$20mil in cash
Market cap: $190mil
Share price: $0.28
Using DSE average 14% quarterly revenue growth the DSE should have revenue of $81mil revenue by April 2025.
This would leave the share price at above $1 based on 8x revenue model.
All this information is publicly available and fairly straightforward to work out. I hope this creates more debate around the stock.
