Yes, I suspect you're right. An offer at a 65% premium would give a nice boost to our share price, but I would hope that it would be knocked back.
I also doubt that someone like MIN would make an offer at 2-3 times our current market cap. I think they would struggle to justify the cost to their shareholders who would rightly argue that if they (MIN shareholders) wanted exposure to our asset then they could just buy ESS shares on market at 70c/share.
