Appears to have been under construction for 2 years.
The last photos I've seen don't look promising...lets hope they are old.
They blame covid but this is worn out .... I just watched a similar size substation go up in 4 months on a mining expansion I'm involved in.
Covid and all.
I've been chatting with a couple of journalists over there who have been looking into it...They smell a rat as well.
If they dig something up I will publish it.
