FWIW I contacted a mining company once when it was in deep dodo. It was obvious that they were not going to meet a deadline and that their JV partner was not was going to extend so their work in exploration and metalurgy, which was going to get them a share of the project, was wasted: Down the drain. But the CEO himself took my call and frankly lied to me. (Twice, as I recall) Told me that everything was OK!
I have no idea who "JH" is but I'm no longer a sucker for company spin.
