He’s referring to environmental approvals. RWD did them first before much of the development. AMN did them together and has much more planning done but doesn’t have environmental approvals nor NT agreements.
As a side note I sold my AMN shares at 47c, plus most others, a bit before the cap raise. Obviously should have bought back in or never sold.
