Term sheets for the finance have been signed.
Not waiting on the MRE update for Nugent to finalise the Mine Plan.
Its a done deal. A bit of paper work to be signed and sealed to complete the formalities.
Drilling and blasting for the mine development has already started.
Just have to wait to see what multiple of the current market cap the annual free cash flow is likely to be mining only two of the nine deposits near the plant.
