dont have a crystal ball mate, but if you do the maths you can calculate the maximum housing can sell for. It's never been a issue in the past, but housing cant sell for over that, and the prices are now nudging that limit.
thats why its a safe bet housing cant go any higher as it is physically imposible for the people to support it.
