I find that guy Tim on YMYC quite a straight shooter and he sounded a little upset that the broker got the surplus stock (as he is a shareholder). If there were 2 million shares that Patersons took and then offloaded it would cause a price effect as the normal daily average shares traded was 250k two weeks ago, 500k last week and 2m in the last two days.
Overall Tim was very positive on the stock it seems that when Patersons visited the site they could not believe how good things look.
