Yes mate, I did.
KEY is to raise at that amount plus, the rod that the company has created for itself is the issue of huge swathes of shares that are bought cheap and then sold into decent price rises that depress the sp and continue the cycle.
It would be a huge contradiction by the BOD selling at way less than this amount ($50) AFTER saying/implying that a offer of $50 would not be accepted, that this is valued at $100 plus.
