I did a quick check and I cannot find any announcements of Michael Bohm retiring from Mincor or Cygnus. He's been on the Ramelius board during the company's nadir, leading into 2016, and then on through its golden age, along with the late Bob Kennedy and also Kevin Lines (and MZ). Also worth noting that another current Ramelius non-executive director, David Southam, is the MD and fellow director of Mincor Resources. I don't follow Mincor so I don't know how they are travelling but it seems that MB is happy to stay with Mincor but not Ramelius.

All I know, and as I keep repeating, the current Bob Vassie led board seem to be bereft of ideas on how to take Ramelius to the next level. It looks like the company is still performing very well operationally so I cannot fault how Mark Zeptner and his executive team are going. But Ramelius does not have a tier one project that allows it to just sit back for a couple of decades and churn out steady dividends. The way Ramelius is set up is that if it is not going forward it is going backwards.
