    In preparation for the in-specie distribution of Stellar Resources the Company has undertaken an independent valuation for the worth of each Stellar share.

    Nexia Alexander & Spencer, chartered accountants concluded that fair market value for each Stellar share be worth 24.43 cents.

    Post de-merger, Gravity Diamonds will have cash on hand of around $14 million, representing a cash backing of 11.78 cents per share.

    Stellar figures indeed.
