the fact that its such a great project and in the national interest of brazil speaks volumes

where it doesnt make sense in government its usually because of corruption

what do i mean
i mean the public interest and public intstitutions are subverted for the benefit of the few

we can only hope that the powerful a hole who is objecting has a heart attack whilst indulging himself or ones of his enemies ( which hes likely to have many)....gets rid of him

turns him into fertilizer....oh the irony of that
