    The big difference is MGT annihilated shareholders with a CR that added another 1B shares to the register when the DFS was supposedly already fully funded.
    I see the competitor has a $200m funding facility with attractive options at a strike price in the .70's with letters of intent from conglomerates and you are laughing about strip ratios.
    The other has a $420m market cap whilst MGT is drowning in shares sub $100m. I know who is laughing now.
