I haven't seen him mention anything about what the figure will be, and wouldn't expect to know any figure until it's defined. And don't be surprised the base doesn't get to participate. I'm not expecting to.
For example, until they've got firm commitments from HNW, fund managers etc, they'll come out officially and say we're raising "X" amount and maybe an opportunity for the current base to participate. Until then I don't expect them to say anything.
A company I've got a holding in raised via a current top fund here ($10m) and then delisted and listed in the UK raising more upon listing with new funds there. The base didn't get any opportunity to increase their holdings. Not that I mind because that's common and my holding has increased in value.
