Here's NWE a bit frustrating of late (Blame Xmass) for a chart that could have so much going for it the daily & weekly inds giving nothing away its just lacked volume...
A break could be so near or a couple of weeks away needs new's to drive it..
Daily MA's are making up their minds I don't think she will go below 3.1
Both charts are primed and could be a big year for it chartwise just needs to get the ball rolling....imo
