NDO really should be getting sold down, especially given it's recent rises, so the fact it is holding, should be seen as very positive in my opinion.
I wonder why that is?
Even so, the market is being rather stubborn, even though it does appear to be slowly giving in...in fact, I already know of several "larger" prospective buyers, who have recently raised their re-entry levels for NDO.
