Why would you believe someone holding the share who tells you of upcoming huge jumps in sp and cant answer to company problems?

I have asked about many problems with LIN and no holder here knows the answer
Now thats a big problem!
But some try to suggest hoping it will be ok is a safe strategy and waving the pompoms.

Its true
1) Counter sues
2) Corruption potential
3) no interested parties for a year or two
4) We cant identify potential parties who could
5) Government regulation causing concerns
6) Deep pockets required as stated by experts
7) Ports already flat out

Call me the fighter for good and justice but Id prefer to find a way and not sell a share Im not even confident I can find a solution for!
