I don't think 15km should be a massive hurdle. Haulage of ore from pit to a primary crusher by road train over a 30km distance is not uncommon. At least for iron ore. Not sure how difficult POD ore is but perhaps there could be 2 crushers and then conveyor belt transport to a central mill and processing facility.

I think we need to see metallurgy before any decent SP appreciation. If our recoveries are near 70% then we lose 30% of our resource. Any persistent contaminants in the concentrate can also impact the basket price of our 5E PGM and Cu and Ni.
