That indicates to me that the equipment on site is limiting the maximum flow rates they can achieve at this point in time.
Note that even with FWHP over 2,400psi the maximum choke in use is a 48/64". I am assuming this is the maximum choke size available on site, and they will be mobilising new equipment to enable to use of larger chokes.
I don't think the B and C sands have been tested to their limits. This could be a very substantial well.
