Just early thoughts....
When does this become effective? No dates mentioned in announcement
Some time in the future when Milestone 1 is reached? May never happen?
Not happy about losing half our oil revenue even if it cuts our decommissioning costs
Not sure the numbers stack up as a good deal for TEG
IMHO and I will need to do more research
