It's astounding that COI doesn't seem to have a broader appeal or fresh buyers - maybe it does and whoever is getting out (and that's fair and could be for any reason) but the price does not reflect what it even has as on today let alone the potential which is all but in the bag at some level
in the north.
Possibly there are those with concern that the Greens may get some power in this election. Part of me wants them to and implement their crackpot ideas - so we can enjoy unaffordable energy and rolling blackouts! ha
