It is - but it has 4 potentially valuable product. V, Iron, Titanium and Fluorspar. It is also surrounded by FMG pegged tenements. Location does not help with costs of processing on site though. So they put it on back burner until V price has risen and once again V is getting attention for utility scale batteries. Could be years in the making, but a solid resource. Needs deep pockets or new tech to develop IMO. Still hold and will add but this is a 5 to 10 year proposition IMO
