1. What is the relationship between ZIP CO Finance UK Ltd and the Australian Listed Company
2. Why was their boardroom changes and changes of persons of significant control ( Shareholding)
3. How has the tens of millions allocated to UK operation been expended and why are accounts being closed enmasse
4. What happened to the $70 million for a minority share in Indian company and the chances of a return in investment.
5. Why did Zip effectively pay circa $1 billion dollars for Quadpay when it was on the verge of insolvency.
6. Why did Zip not inform the market at the time of the acquisition of Larry Diamonds more than 20 year relationship with Ezra and Lindenberg.
7. Was there any direct or indirect connection between Zip shareholders and the largely Australian based founder shareholders of Quadpay.
