Im sure he has enough on his plate. I doubt he will actually go buy a mine. If he did it would be something in Canada/US/ Mexico for the convenience. I suspect the tweet was just a marketing tactic to bring attention to the shortening supply of raw materials (lithium) so miners fast track their projects.
