It's a fair and reasonable question. I didn't think I could afford a house at that age either . Plenty of other posters have posted the same sentiment.
Rameez gave a great example of how he walked his young bloke through the process over 20 years ago. Obviously his young bloke didn't think he could do it either until the old man stepped in and showed him how.
