here's my take of where WFL is positioned. (for what it's worth)

firstly I am very confident of wellfully's future and the progress Paul and the team is making. really it's incredible what they are doing. the last few announcements have been fantastic.

I have taken (for me) a considerable stake in the company and plan to take a bigger position once a couple of red flags have been sorted.

the need for more funds is the most obvious. for all the rose coloured glass wearers, that suggest cornerstone investors, loan etc, I have 1 question for you.

when have Steve and Tony ever had the best interests of long term holders in mind when raising funds? the only interest they have is Tony and Steve and their gang of friends !!! have a look at the history. do leopards change their spots?

the next is the resignation of Anthony Wright. wasn't he appointed to the board to change the balance of power . pushed by SDJ and beancounter. funny I haven't seen either of them posting on WFL hotcopper lately? if WFL's future is so bright why did he leave. sure there could be an innocent reason but management's history has me uneasy.

so instead of Anthony we now have Anton Eaton. I wonder if he has any connection to integrated wellness acquisition corp? you know the one that Steven and Tony and Cameron and friends have formed 5 months ago as a cayman island exempted company. we have Paul as the chairman but does Anton appointment push the boards voting capacity to the dark side???

until these questions get cleared up, the sp will linger around these values. IMO. a good thing is that the 4c should be released this week and the market will find out how much money we have left and then we will be able to estimate how quickly these issues will be sorted.

as I said, I have a lot of shares and planning to buy more but just wanted to add some balance to the thread, where some posters only post the positives. the market is clearly saying that isn't the case. GLTAH....
