2) why is MGTRE trading when I havent recieved my entitlement?

answer to 1), uhhhh you tried reading the prospectus... it clearly states the dates that MGTRE will be available for trading (which is now, if you are still unsure)
2) availability of entitlements are dependent on your trading platform, e.g. NAB trade was one of the first to release to their customers... COMMSEC is a bit slow, but ive received mine already
