the interesting thing though is from the last top holder change, the Chinese company, Dingyi, has reduced their holdings to 5.88%, which I assumed, was much less than when they put in the take over offer. It could be that they continue selling down their position. once they are done, the cap is off.
for now, I am happy my orders got filled. and happy to buy more if price goes down further.
