Thanks,but i'm confused about being entitled to something that i haven't paid for before being allowed to trade them which to me appears to be the case here, correct me if i'm wrong , normally all the paper work and payment would be cleared beforehand,living in a country town the mail arrives when the snail is ready to deliver it so like i said its a situation that i'm not familiar with.
