"Sphere Minerals Ltd director Alexander Burns net bought 400,000 shares via an exercise of 1,000,000 options at 39.5c each and sold 600,000 shares on-market at 90.5c each on December 22 and 30, 2009.
Mr Burns holds 7,216,194 shares.

Director John Bylsma net bought 400,000 shares via an exercise of 300,000 options at 39.5c each and sold 124,313 shares on-market at 99c each on December 31, 2009.
Mr Bylsma holds 2,100,000 shares.

Director Marcello Cardaci bought 500,000 shares via an exercise of options.
Mr Cardaci holds 1,700,000 shares.
